Fortaleza Pictures

Here are a few pictures of Fortaleza. There aren’t as many as I would have liked because I forgot my camera in the morning. There was a stark contrast between the number of people out in the city on Sunday morning versus Sunday evening. I don’t think people around here even wake up until 7pm.

After walking around for a few hours, I ended up at Centro Dragão do Mar de Arte e Cultura. It basically amounts to a large common area for people to gather. People from all over start meeting for music, drinks, and shows. I switched back and forth from a jazz band to capoiera music. As a side note, I’m fairly certain that the jazz band played the opening music to Office Space at one point.
